This application enables the user to convert an annual salary to a contract hourly rate, and vice versa.
This app also takes into account site or office based roles, time spent on administration (taxes, etc) for your contract and includes leave and public holidays, to mention a few.
If you are a contractor and being offered a staff role, then you can use this calculator to determine if the offer is equivalent.
